Service Agreements


We at KGT know that you depend on your IT infrastructure for your day to day business operations. We know that when something prevents you from conducting business, you do not need the additional stress of wondering how much it is going to cost to fix. This is why we came up with our Service Agreements (SA). Our SA contracts were created to make your life easier. We provide you with one price for the year, based on your current equipment and IT needs. Your benefits include:

  • Phone, remote, and onsite support during our regular business hours
  • Regularly scheduled preventative maintanance visits
  • Emergency contact with typical 10 minute response time (additional charge if outside our regular business hours)
  • Ease of budgeting with one fixed yearly cost

Network Engineering


We provide complete network design, implementation, and troubleshooting services for all sizes of networks. Whether you are a small business owner who needs to be able to access your network from home, or a multi-site organization wishing to deploy high speed point to multi-point secure network connections, we have the knowledge to get the job done right.


Web Design & Hosting


We offer domain hosting for $25 / year, and website hosting for $300 / year. (Website hosting includes 25gb/month data transfer, 350mb server storage space & up-to 100 POP mailboxes).

We also offer basic website design services for $300. This will get you a simple and clean five page site to provide your business with an online presence.


Data Recovery


We work with DriveSavers for all your data recovery needs. We will analyze your systems and provide our recomendations for data recovery and restoration. Check out this page for more information provided by DriveSavers.

Rates


SA Rates


As a SA Client, you are already covered under the support agreement. These rates are for items that are not covered under that agreement.

Non-SA Rates


If you are not an SA client, then any and all work performed is subject to the rates listed below. Onsite work will be billed a minimum of one hour, then in 15 minute increments thereafter. Remote/Phone support will be billed in 15 minute increments.
